The breakfast is hot and plentiful, and the location is handy near restaurant, a wee shop and a really big tesco that has a lot of shops for shoes and clothes and food areas. Everything is really good, the room is a nice size and well priced with same breakfast, liquid soap, as for instance.

A Stay with Character & Charm in Krakow
Stepping into this hotel reminded me of a step back in time, with its unique decor giving a charming vibe. The powerful shower in our room was a highlight, perfect after a long day. I recommend taking the tram directly to the main attractions for an easy commute.

The elegant interiors and marble floors of Hotel Sympozjum & Spa were beautiful. The friendly staff were always ready to help, and the tram stop right outside made it very convenient for getting around.
Additional amenities for seniors would be beneficial.
